How do we work
Our annual fee for this service is $50. We do not charge automatically; instead, we send an invoice each year for your convenience. The service includes:
- Accepting legal documents on your behalf and promptly notifying you.
- Receiving and forwarding your mail weekly to your address.
- Providing our address for your business if you wish to maintain privacy.
Additionally, we will complete and forward the necessary paperwork for you to review and sign. We will then submit the documents to the Secretary of State to change your current Registered Agent to us, free of charge.
